There are two ways for you to find your favorite Farmhouse Candle Shop products. Order them directly from our website OR find us in stores! Our products are sold in many different shops across the United States. Use our "Locations" page to find a retail location close to you.

Shipping Questions

Processing for Standard Shipping is 1-4 business days after an order is placed. 

The above reflects how we are sometimes making candles to order and do not account for the time the package is in transit. 

We currently ship to any state in the continental United States of America. 

Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2-5 business days from the time you receive tracking information. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to make it happen!

Order Questions

At Farmhouse Candle Shop, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are sent off to you. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. We are happy to replace or refund products that are damaged during shipment!

You may exchange your unused product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us for additional information.

We're so sorry to hear this! We carefully inspect all of our products before they are sent off to you, but sometimes things happen during transit.

In the event that your order is damaged during shipping, you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, as well as shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. Please contact info@farmhousecandleshop.com for further details.
