Shipping Policy

Processing for Standard Shipping: 1-4 business days after an order is placed. 

The above reflects how we are sometimes making candles to order and do not account for the time the package is in transit. 

We currently ship to any state in the continental United States States of America. 

Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2-5 business days from the time you receive tracking information. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!

Returns & Exchanges

At Farmhouse Candle Shop, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are sent off to you. Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment.

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. 

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, as well as shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact info@farmhousecandleshop.com for further details.
